The Executive Director provides overall strategic leadership and institutional oversight to ensure effective governance, high‑quality healthcare delivery, and sustainable growth of the hospital. The office coordinates all directorates, strengthens accountability, and promotes excellence in service delivery.
Directorate Units
Provides independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal control systems. The unit supports transparency, accountability, and compliance with hospital policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
Offers spiritual, emotional, and psychosocial support to patients, relatives, and staff. The unit promotes holistic care, ethical practice, and compassionate service delivery within the hospital environment.
Leads initiatives aimed at improving patient safety, service quality, and clinical outcomes. The unit coordinates quality standards, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement across all departments.
Executive Director Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for institutional growth and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with national health policies, regulatory frameworks, and ethical standards.
- Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of hospital programs and services.
- Promote a culture of quality, patient safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate directorate units and ensure efficient management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Strengthen partnerships with government, faith‑based organizations, donors, and other stakeholders.
