Director of Finance
The Directorate of Finance is responsible for financial stewardship, accountability, and sustainability of the hospital. The directorate ensures effective budgeting, revenue management, financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and sound internal control systems to support the hospital’s mission and strategic objectives.

Finance and Accounts
Manages financial records, accounting processes, payroll, and preparation of financial statements.
Revenue
Oversees billing, revenue collection, receivables management, and income optimization.
Procurement Management Unit
Coordinates procurement planning, purchasing, and contract management in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all financial management functions of the hospital.
- Serve as the principal financial advisor to the Executive Director and senior management.
- Coordinate preparation, approval, and implementation of the comprehensive hospital budget.
- Ensure proper collection, recording, and reporting of revenues, assets, liabilities, and expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and hospital financial policies.
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and coordinate external audits.
- Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Supervise, mentor, and appraise staff under the directorate.
