I cordially welcome you to Haydom Lutheran Hospital to partner and work to foster our great vision “Being excellent in saving lives”.

For Over the last 60 years, HLH has continued growing from 50 beds to 420 bed capacity with around 680 workers. The hospital is operating as Regional referral level hospital offering primary care to specialized clinical service and complimented with research and training.

The hospital financing is from different sources, own income (from patient revenue and income genration activities) beingmain source followed by grant from NORAD (through NCA) and the Government of Tanzania. The journey toward self financial sustainability is progressing well with positive trends.

According to our mission and values we are dynamic organizations therefore we would like to welcome everyone to work and partner with us through Prayers, Volunteering, donating equipment or Funds for patients care, research and Training in our hospital. Through your donation you will make difference in the health of many children, mothers and community in this rural community whom most of them are of low income..
